About Our Builder
We are pleased to introduce Mr. Joseph Scire, a distinguished home builder with over 20 years of experience in constructing custom homes. A native of Staten Island, NY, Mr. Scire holds a degree in Neuro-Diagnostics and is a proud veteran of the United States Navy. His expertise is rooted in a legacy of craftsmanship inherited from his father, a Home Builder/Developer with more than 35 years in the industry, and he honed his skills within the family business before launching J. Michael Homes (Named after his son Joseph Michael) in 2020. Mr. Scire places a strong emphasis on cultivating client relationships and is committed to being accessible throughout the entire construction process. "As a dedicated family man, I recognize the importance of building trust and fostering communication. I personally oversee every phase of the construction process for each project, ensuring that all details are meticulously managed from concept to completion.
